Cocktails in Norwich and the Drunk Bus Home!

On Friday my first lecture began at 11, at it was Meteorology. We've nearly finished covering thermodynamics and I've enjoyed it, however I'm looking forward to seeing what we cover next! We were in a very small lecture theatre for this lecture, and unfortunately EVERYONE around me was super ill and it was horrible, the room felt so full of germs!!

After my lunch break, I headed back into uni for Maths, full of vitamin tablets and fruit as my attempt to ward off the awful cold everyone seems to have. The first of the maths lectures was vector calculus, where we looked at the Divergence Theorem. It's getting pretty hard, but I'm sure with a bit of work I'll be ok. Next up was Fluid Dynamics which was actually ok!!! We all understood everything that happened in the lecture and were all a bit in shock. We were going through examples of the hydrostatic equation and I really liked it. I think it's because I can see how it works in real life.

Having had a good two lectures I headed back home to try and do some work and pack for going home before I went out in the evening. However Rosie was watching Wild West - America's Great Frontier when I got in, and I was hooked, love a good nature programme!

At 7 I headed over to Elins house to meet her and her friend Emily to go out for drinks. We got the bus into Norwich and headed to Spoons, which was absolutely packed. Unable to find a table we headed to a bar called Be At One, which we had a couple vouchers for, that we'd been given at freshers fair. It wasn't very busy when we got there as it was quite early so we got chatting with the lovely staff. As well as the vouchers we had, we were also able to download their app, which gives you an 'Appy Hour' where you get all cocktails on 2 for £10! Happy days. We drunk so much there! It was lovely to chill out with Elin and get to know her lovely friend Emily, who was such a laugh! I had a pornstar martini, a Singapore sling, and another which I've forgotten the name of!!

After spending two hours in there we headed off, pretty hammered, to try our luck in Spoons again. We got a little table and a pitcher of purple rain, which is my fave. We left at half ten so I could go and catch the last bus home! It was the first time I'd ever gotten this bus, and I was pretty drunk so it was interesting!! It was so dark it was hard to know where the bus actually was and I think it was the alcohol, but it felt like the bus was going so fast!! Mumma picked me up (Thanks for that Mumma, you angel!!) from the bus stop at half eleven and we headed home.

I absolutely love going home, there's something almost magical about it. Mumma had made my bed up and turned my fairy lights on, so my little room looked like a hotel! Even though they were sleep, it was lovely to see the doggies as well!

I had such a good night out with the girls and it was super lovely to come home and get a good nights sleep in my little room! I can't wait to tell you guys what I got up to at the weekend!
