Bye bye Los Angeles, hello Las Vegas!! Feat. A level results!!!

Yesterday was such a good day but after waiting up feeling nervous until midnight for our A level results I had no time to post this!!  We woke up early and got the bus to Vegas!!! As we drive into the city we saw some pretty crazy buildings!!  We then went out to explore The Strip and do some shopping! I got some new shoes for dinner!!  After shopping and sightseeing we headed back to our hotel to get ready for our meal out at the Stratosphere Top of the World restaurant, which was a birthday present from my parents!! It is the most amazing revolving restaurant which gives you spectacular views of Vegas as the sun sets!!  Although we were feeling pretty nervous we still had an amazing meal and didn't let the nerves spoil it!! I had Prawn and Lobster Cocktail for my starter and Tom had Pork Belly with Chimichurri! January Favourites

Here I am, at the end of another month, and relatively on time for once! That's right, here are my beauty favourites of January... Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter with Warm Vanilla Body Wash - This is the most luxurious shower gel I've ever used, it's just beautiful! The scent is heavenly, and it really does make your skin feel softer when you get out of the shower. It's super affordable and I just love it so much, I will definitely be repurchasing! Garnier/Caudalíe Micellar Cleansing Water - I love these two micellar waters so much. It's the first time I've tried micellar water to remove my makeup, and I'll never go back! To be honest, they are both very similar, and Garnier's is cheaper, so I'll probably buy this one, however, Caudalíe's has a lovely scent (similar to the rest of the Caudalíe Vinosource range) so I love it too. They have made an incredible difference to my skin! It has been so much clearer, and actually felt cleaner...

Green Screen Laughs, Mum & Dad's Silver Anniversary & Jim Bacon's Retirement!

Hey everyone! Goodness me it's been a while! It's that time of year where revision really starts to spoil things!! Sadly, it leaves me very little time to make my weather forecast videos, so I'm gonna have to put them on hold until my exams are over in June. Aside from revision, I've managed to fit in some pretty awesome things over the last few weeks! Firstly, I have to show you this awesome sunset from the other week! Such vibrant colours! It's things like this that I love most about the weather. Last Friday I got to have a play around with the green screen at work, as we're developing an exciting new product for our customers! We had such a laugh! It was great to have a proper go and I think I'm definitely getting better. At least it's not painful to watch anymore!! I love working with such an awesome group of people!!
