Bye bye Salt Lake City, hello San Francisco!

Today we didn't do much as we were on the train til 5 pm, so I'm just posting a small update!! Nothing particularly interesting or good happened yesterday I'm afraid! After we got into San Fran a taxi driver took us to our hotel, telling us on the way that 'I don't think you'll like it, it's a very rough area.' Thanks... It wasn't that bad but it was a bit tiring to hear! After we got to the hotel we went back out to grab some food and do a bit of shopping, but that didn't last long because we were both so tired! We went back to the hotel and played fruit ninja! 

Tomorrow we have an early bus to Yosemite, I'm really looking forward to it and I'm hoping it'll be a better day!

On Friday my first lecture began at 11, at it was Meteorology. We've nearly finished covering thermodynamics and I've enjoyed it, however I'm looking forward to seeing what we cover next! We were in a very small lecture theatre for this lecture, and unfortunately EVERYONE around me was super ill and it was horrible, the room felt so full of germs!! After my lunch break, I headed back into uni for Maths, full of vitamin tablets and fruit as my attempt to ward off the awful cold everyone seems to have. The first of the maths lectures was vector calculus, where we looked at the Divergence Theorem. It's getting pretty hard, but I'm sure with a bit of work I'll be ok. Next up was Fluid Dynamics which was actually ok!!! We all understood everything that happened in the lecture and were all a bit in shock. Green Screen Laughs, Mum & Dad's Silver Anniversary & Jim Bacon's Retirement!

Hey everyone! Goodness me it's been a while! It's that time of year where revision really starts to spoil things!! Sadly, it leaves me very little time to make my weather forecast videos, so I'm gonna have to put them on hold until my exams are over in June. Aside from revision, I've managed to fit in some pretty awesome things over the last few weeks! Firstly, I have to show you this awesome sunset from the other week! Such vibrant colours! It's things like this that I love most about the weather. Last Friday I got to have a play around with the green screen at work, as we're developing an exciting new product for our customers! We had such a laugh! It was great to have a proper go and I think I'm definitely getting better. At least it's not painful to watch anymore!! I love working with such an awesome group of people!! Hello everyone! I hope you're having a nice weekend! Unfortunately, a fairly hungover Zoë did not fancy doing a podcast/video/blog post last Sunday, so apologies if you missed it. Never fear though, I'm back and bringing you a video containing weather for the next few days! Not before we've taken a look back at this weeks weather pics though! Sadly, I only have a few, because the weather's not very interesting right now. Having said that, Tuesday wasn't a bad day! Although, I was trapped inside a lab at uni and unable to enjoy the sunshine. It's so much harder to get a nice photo of the weather when it's so dull!
